Can't beat a diesel truck. They can be pretty expensive to modify, but some minor ecu modification can do so much.
I can't wait for the Ram 1500 and F-150 to get their sub 4L V8 diesels in the next year or so. Base line models with a diesel finally!!! The Chevy 1500 might go the same route and I have heard that the base Tundra will to a long with a new Tundra 2500 and 3500. But those MS6 are supposed to be some sweet rides. I like them because they are a sleeper car with a ton of punch all stock. I had rather get one of these then a STi or Evo. A nice intake/exhaust system, and some ecu reprogramming could get that thing banging even more. I have seen around that for just $500, you can get a newer better intercooler and have that thing pushing 300/300 with nothing else done. Plus with the price difference from the STi and Evo, I am sure that you could use the difference have have the Speed6 push right past them. |
