I figured there would be plenty of people hounding the weak points of this phone especially here. Yes, it is very easy to bad mouth almost any emerging technology to hit the market. What if acarney is actually happy with it? I highly doubt all the harping criticism is going to make him turn around and return it. Yes, there are other alternatives which are more capable in certain aspects but at the same time the iPhone brings features that others don't to the table. Many of these things can later be integrated down the line. Remember, this product is what, one day old?

I currently own a Windows Mobile enabled phone and while it can sync wirelessly from anywhere with service it still bothers me how when I close applications it doesn't actually kill the task which can bring the OS to almost a stand still.

While I personally am not interested in one currently, I can see myself later down the road looking into one once my plan is up. Also, a fair amount of these issues are due to the carrier. Hopefully in a year or so they will offer the iPhone through other service providers.
