I remeber watching years ago a couple of sifi shows on bbc.

one was: a group of people were frozen in a tube train, they were trying to get up to scotland, and they got their bla bla bla

the other one was: i think they were in scotland or wales and a big alien blob landed in the country side, and it teliported people into it and probed it, it kept growing and growing. eventualy they droped a nuke on it and that was the end of the show.

What were they called? i would love to see a bit of them again

Sounds a bit like "The Last Train", but it wasn't on the BBC it was on ITV, and they weren't on a tube train they were on on overground train and got frozen in a tunnel.

yep thats the one was last train on the bbc

not sure about the other one, but i know what you mean as i remember a jet flying into it at the end with a nuke or something

"The Last Train" has been repeated on the Sci-Fi channel twice in the last year.
Excellent series that one - although I still feel the last episode was a bit of a let down.

never seen the last train since it was shown the first time. shame, because it was good.
