I'd say no. Around 1:20 he slows the engine down down with his hands on the flywheel. It's still really cool though.

Would be cool to know all the specs on it. Has to be the smallest V12 ever.

Think that's cool?

There's a guy who built a model Merlin V12 that actually has a working supercharger, 4 valves per cylinder with overhead cams etc etc - a perfect WORKING copy.

The video is called "Merlinxx.mpg" and, if you google it, it'll also give you the web site of the guy that built it with pictures of the hundreds of parts he machined for it - amazing machining skills, to say the least.
