Gaylord was a more common name in those days. The word didn't mean "A man who pounds another man up the ass" back then.

When I have a kid, I'll name him Gaylord.

I went to school with a bloke called peter enis

no lie

when we had the register the teacher made a habbit of saying "pee eeniss" in an elivating voice, instead of just saying his last name

tellin ya it never got old

it was funnier when he wasnt there

" enis ? ENIS ? has any one seen p.enis"

but his name was suppost to be properly pronounced ennice.

Im sure he changed his name to ennison after a few years

I went to a middle school in Brooklyn and one of the assistant Principal's name was Mr. ******. He was a tall white guy with a shaved head and a mustache.

"You kids listen to Mr. ******!"
