Default Spate of letter bomb attacks across the UK

I like the way the police say "designed to shock or cause only minor injury." Oh that's alright then let the guy off it was the more friendly kind of mail bomb. And what happens when one goes off prematurely and sets fire to a building? Whoever these bombs came from they have voilent and destructive terrorist intent.

they say that so that people dont panic. its probably true anyway. they just wont want half the public and every dvla employee shitting their pants.
