I've notice several times over the last few days that I've had it nesscary to provide a username / password to see various peoples signitures. Ofourse, not know the username / password I've been unable to see them.. nothing amazing, but I've notices other poeple mention the same thing about different users.

I find it very unlikely that this is a spate of people hosting in protected directories.

Is this an issue with FM, or possibly NTL?

First one I noticed and flagged up was kup64, who after chatting to in PM, didn't have a clue.

After searching for password and show posts, it seems I am not the only one.

I've noticed this about twice recently. One was with Kentris, I don't know who the other user was though. The Kentris one quite a few people noticed so I'm guessing its not an NTL issue. Well, hoping would be a better choice of words.

I'm on NTL and have not had any problems with peoples sigs asking for username and password. Or do you mean sigs hosted on ntl webspace?
