Is it possible to get too much sleep. As in, getting so much sleep that you are tired all the time? I usually get about 9 hours of sleep per night and I'm always very tired in the morning and usually don't focus very well in the morning classes. However the past couple of nights I have gotten 6 and 7 hours of sleep and I've felt more alert and awake. Is this just a temporary thing or do you think it's possible to sleep so much that you always feel sleepy?
