dued, you did something to hurt / wind (delete as appropiate) her up, you have to not only say sorry to her but your actions from now on need to show that not only are you sorry but you have learnt what it is you did and how to not do it again.

you cant just say sorry and then take her to dinner one night, then the week later do the same annoying thing again.
