Default need help! anyone have word 2007 beta? Please!
Hey I was using the office 2007 beta to write an essay at my home and have e-mailed it to myself to finish at uni but they are using word 2003 or what ever and it won’t open the file format!

Thing is home is Denmark and uni is uk so cant really pop home to change the file type.

Could I e-mail it to someone please and they return it in a format that I can use?!?! thanks!

MS should have an update for Office 2000/XP/2003 that lets you read Office 2007 files. I expect it will be on the Windows Update or something.

Edit: Here you go:

Can't you just ask a technician to install the update?

Well, it seems the mail got thru to both of my accounts but not one of them contain attached files...

Might be that some email security is removing the attached file, you could try zipping it up and sending.
