Default Paypal question, help!
I've sent an eCheck to a seller, but he cancelled the check (is this same as declined?)

As you know, eCheck takes funds directly from my bank account into the seller's bank account.

But funds from my bank account has been removed, even though the seller cancelled my eCheck! What's going on? Is it still going to pay him? Or will it just go into my own paypal account?

Here's a picture of the whole transfer...

Ive had this with my bank card right heres what happens although money has been requested by the transaction the money gets parked in the system where it sits whilst the correct transfer connections are set up between banks and sometimes when a transaction is cancelled for example you decide you dont want somthing from a shop online the handshake so to speak is made and the money is provisionally withdrawn from your account where it sits in limbo so to speak and then once all parties (electronic) are happy the money is re deposited into your account its kinda weird but thats how electronic transfers work with some companies also did you know that whilst this is happening those fookers can use that money virtually to make money in investments although even if they loose a gross amount with your money they will always deposit the exact amount into your account same as when you transfer funds from one account to the other (of your own) it can still take a few days to be deposited thats because the gits are using your money to make money which is wrong but its not illegal because they always deposit the correct amount back.

well thats how it works in the UK anyway.

probably doing its rounds on wallstreet

the money is held in limbo on the transaction servers kinda like if you get a bank note split it in half and given each half to two different bank employees and then the handshake is the celotape that completes the transaction and allows the two to be joined and then the bank employee who is credited the money has the full amount deposited into his hand but without the handshake neither party has access to the money unless one bank employee is granted permission to hand over his half to the originator then it becomes whole again ?

and the originator is you

and the permission is the cancellation of the echeque which is initiated when he cancelled the echeck

get me ??

it just takes time
