Issue importing to YouTube - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

When I attempt to add a video record, it only keeps featuring 'Connecting...'. My browser (Ie 6) continues to be receptive (did not freeze). I tried importing via Firefox, but nonetheless have exactly the same issue. What's stopping me from importing the movie? Is anybody experiencing exactly the same problem?

Isn't there an alternate upload choice you should use once the upload doesn't work? Which used to repair it for me personally.
