Default Jim Cornette on Christian's return to WWE
YouTube Player

Good eight minutes of Cornette throwing his two cents on Christian's future and direction in WWE.

Very, very good interview. Cornette only speaks the truth and I love it.

Thanks for sharing.

It was a good interview but he is trying to make wwe more like tna (Take their top star and push them to the moon) It would send a wrong message to the wwe roster if they bought back a person and made him the top guy. This is why TNA fails at booking anything, they take wwe stars and push the company on their back rather than the tna originals. He will be on Raw/Smackdown very soon but for the mean time he is doing great on ECW.

I think TNA pulled a WWE and fed Cornette his lines. I really hate thinking about the fact that it is really possible that Christian won't be doing jack shit in the WWE. I don't agree with Cornette or the rest of the IWC on this matter about Christian not being right on ECW. He is perfectly fine. It makes perfect sense for him to not be lost in the scramble on RAW and what the hell would they do with him on Smackdown? Edge? Seriously? We already saw that in 2001, 2004, and 2005. Come on.

I don't think Christian would have signed with WWE if he wasn't happy with the terms, that's all that really matters.

thanks for the video Anti, i don't understand the problem with having a televised developmental show.

Isn't that was wrestling at the chase, wcw whatever show and velocity and superstars essientally was?

About this whole Christian thing..

Why is it that Jim Cornette had to talk his shit? Even with his allegiance to TNA, it is way too early to even try to judge the direction that Christian is going in. It wasn't the best start.. big deal. How many times have we seen WWE stars debut without fanfare and wind up being huge stars?

Not every superstar needs the 'Glacier' or 'Austin Starr' hype to get themselves over. Christian is a very good talent, and can get over on his own, and obviously he gets the reaction he needs.

I'm missing something here, because I don't see where everyone is saying he's off to such a bad start in his second run in WWE.

"a jump into the black hole"

very true, Cornette. but I still hope that Christian gradually becomes a bigger deal throuhout the WWE--like Cornette said, and I agree, Christian is a very talented, young guy that's better than 95% of the wrestlers in the world today. I hope, eventually, that Christian re-unites with Edge and bring about the 5-second pose again.
