if you swallow too much nutmeg, yes the spice just about everyone has in their cuboards, then you trip out. you have to eat like 2 tablespoons of that nasty shit though. it makes you like high for 18 hours. ive never done it but ive heard of people doing it. you like hallucinate and shit. i wouldnt do that shit though stick with the herb
