Where do they get the idea of throwing rocks at cars being fun? They should have attempted murder charges aswell seeing as it could have killed many people, started a huge pile up, and many other possibilities.

It's not like they're 12 years old. They knew very well what they were doing, so their dicipline should be stricter and they should get atleast 10 years in prison.

They should have gotten more. When i read the title I was thinking that these were small rocks. Those weren't small at all. I would have done waht the above poster said, got out of my car and beat the shit out of both of them. Then thrown rocks at them both white they are tied to a billboard. Possibly got an angry mob to do it also. I say that hsould eb ethier punishment, who cares if it's cruel and unusual? What they did was cruel and unusual.

Years ago something like this happened here in my state of Alabama, a few kids were standing on a bridge and threw big ( 5-15lbs) rocks over the bridge into oncoming traffic. It ended badly as a rock went through a windshield and hurt and old woman. They served jail time and had to pay back alot of money. I personally knew one of the ones who was involved. Needless to say he wasn't the smartest cookie to hang out with people who'd do something so reckless, and careless.

What part of AL? And yea I think that was stupid. I wish they got more time, but I have to admit I did something like that when I was a little kid, I would get small sticks and put them in the road for cars to run over in my nehiborhood. No harm done really, really thin sticks, not the huge ones on trees.
