The British press had the knives out for Romney before he even got there, judging by the completely fabricated "anglo-saxon" story. "I'm generally not enthusiastic about adopting the comments made by people who are unnamed. I have a lot of advisers," he told Williams. "Actually we've gone from calling the rope line where I shake hands every day to the advice line. Because you have a lot of people that offer advice. So I'm not sure who this person is." |

Oh, and Mitt just received 1 million dollars from donors at an Israeli fund raiser. Apparently he raised $2 million in Great Britain.

He didn't tell the Polish press anything. ![]() http://www.thestar.com/news/world/ar...ives-in-poland Mitt Romney, wrapping up a six-day international trip overshadowed by criticism of his remarks on the Olympics and the Middle East, will try to change the subject today with a foreign-policy speech in Warsaw and meetings with Polish leaders including President Bronislaw Komorowski. The Republican presidential candidate, who has largely avoided the media during the three-country trip, refused to publicly discuss the criticism today, with aides shutting down questions shouted by journalists as Romney visited a military memorial in Warsaw this morning. “Shove it,” press aide Rick Gorka told a reporter. |
