Therefore I have now been losing fat and doing very well. Lbs, 30 more lbs have been lost 11 by me to move and I'm at my target weight! But this week I simply feel soo blah.. !! I actually do not feel just like doing something! Personally I think soo major and bad! What does everyone do to move it?
