In four days time, or five depending on how lazy I decide to be, the winners of all the previous polls will go head-to-head as we find out just who is GR's favourite QT character.
Today, though, voting begins for GR's favourite Pulp Fiction character. Regarded by many as a landmark in not only independent films, but in film-making in general, Pulp Fiction is widely regarded as one of the greatest movies of all time; and left the Oscars with the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay. With so many memorable characters, played by some of Hollywood's best, who will you decide to vote as your favourite? The winner will join the following six characters in the final round: 'Mr. Blonde/Vic Vega', played by Michael Madsen (Reservoir Dogs) 'Vincenzo Coccotti', played by Christopher Walken (True Romance) ‘Mickey Knox’, played by Woody Harrelson (Natural Born Killers) 'Seth Gecko', played by George Clooney (From Dusk Till Dawn) 'Louis Gara', played by Robert De Niro (Jackie Brown) 'Budd', played by Michael Madsen (Kill Bill) After much deliberation, I'm opting to vote for Winston Wolfe. I used to say Butch, because his segments used to be my favourite; then I leaned towards Pumpkin, because Tim Roth is awesome; then contemplated Jules, because he's got some incredible lines. But I see The Wolf as the perfect blend of slickness and humour. James Bond wishes he was Winston Wolfe. Keitel plays him fantastically and delivers the dialogue with perfect expression. It's a travesty that Harvey's only ever been nominated for one Oscar, especially considering how many other, better performances he's had than in Bugsy. Bottom line, I could vote many different ways, but if I have to pick one I'm going to pick The Wolf: 'That's thirty minutes away. I'll be there in ten.' ![]() So this is it, if your favourite Tarantino character is in Pulp Fiction, be sure to vote for them to earn them a place in the final! |

Had to go with Jules on this one. I mean he is only part of the best scene of the whole movie (minus the scene with Quentin and his dead N***** storage routine) at the beginning with Brett. "English mother fucker, do you speak it?" one of the best lines in the movie, his BAMF wallet, and spittin off that bible verse, plus the way he handled himself at the end of the movie just makes him the best character in the movie hands down.

Huh...I did Butch. I guess cause I'ma Bruce W. mark....can't remember any good quotes from Pulp so....uh...yippie kia yay motherfuckers! ![]() Heh, I knew Jules would landslide this baby, hence my voting Tim Roth's character. The whole begining part with the story about robbing the bank with the phone is brilliant. I also love him in the 'We gonna be cool, liek the fonze' scene ![]() |

I'm going to have to vote for Tarantino's character because he came in out of nowhere and I couldn't stop laughing when I saw him. "Did you see a sign in the front of my house, saying dead ****** storage", lmao. I loved that line. I also basically picked Tarantino cause there was no way I could pick between everyone in the movie, all of them put on great performances. So I'm voting for Tarantino just cause it's thanks to him we got all these great performances and this masterpiece of a film.
