Yeah I have yet to watch this movie, but recently checked out X II, and really enjoyed it. Although it was a little far freched at points. But thats pretty much to be expected right.

Looks pretty badass, I'll probabally go this week. Or go see it at the drive in with friends.

X-Men 4 is definitely going to be in the works. I haven't seen a 100M$ box office for a movie that wasn't animated this whole year.

Yeah so far only 3 movies this year have surpassed 100million, Ice Age, MI3, and X3...Hopefully this summer will bring some great movies. I really liked the little trailer for Snakes on a Plane that i saw before X3...got me really excited to see it.

Fox was hoping for an $85 million dollar opening. Not sure if that was for the week, or just for the weekend, but regardless, X-3 destroyed that projection. An entertaining movie, I didn't find to be "great," just entertaining. I don't like who they killed off and how seemingly weak the deaths were. They didn't even go down with a fight - weak. Entertaining movie that should get a fourth installment, but Tom Rothman (a dude incharge of greenlighting movies) allegedly hates the franchise since its inception. If Fox is smart, they keep going with these as they're easy money makers provided they're done right.

So much for it being the last stand. I don't know why Fox wanted to end a franchise like this in the first place. I think the second one made a ton of money.
