Default Can we ask nonmuslim's to pray for us?..
As salam alay kum.
Can we ask nonmuslim's i.e. idol worshipper's to pray for us as we ask muslim's to make dua for us?

One of my hindu friend went to temple and he said me bye and by mistake i said him to remember me in your prayer when you pray for yourself.....

Is this is allowed in islam?

Yes, but the hindu will pray to ram and ganesh, not Allah.
