Salaam brothers,

What do I do?

In a nutshell a few years back i did some business with someone, it wasn't anything big but i sent some business his way (legal thing).
It later became apparent that this individual was not or could not do what he claimed so there was a falling out, I lost some money but as far as I was concerned it was a lesson I accepted the loss (took me a while to do) and I walked away.

About a year later I got arrested (the individual made an allegation against me).

I was later cleared with no further action as a sign of my innocence.

Since then and it has been almost 3 years I have not seen this individual/spoken to him/and have no desire to do so.

However I keep getting emails (which I ignore) and face book requests (where he adds me from female accounts and random male accounts thinking I am going to accept) but I have no desire to accept.
I am not interested.

The reason for this post.

The emails are hurtful, he dis-respects Islam, he dis-respects Allah, he disrespects the prophet (saws) he swears at our beloved (astagfirullah I don't even want to say what I have read in the emails).

Oh and this guy is a pakistani, his family are apparently muslim he however isnt and I don't ever call anyone kuffar but his actions have taken him outside the folds of islam and he is a kuffar and he is also a homer sexual.
I only found this out about him after I stopped any interaction I had with him.

The emails come through few here and there every month or so, I have set them to go to the trash can so stopped reading them at the start of the year but by accident i clicked on the trash can and saw the emails were still coming in and I haven't even replied to a single one.

What should I do?

most email providers have a block list function where you will not receive emails from email addresses who you have blocked, put the person on your block list, if they email you from multiple accounts then change your email address

Stop reading his emails immediately, Does he live in the same city as you, if its in Pakistan then thats a different scenario i'll get to that later..If you and him meet then the least you can do is BEAT THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUT OF HIM...Now if he is in pakistan you get in contact with the local ulema, if you have proof, a case of blasphemy will be registered against this maloon under section 295-C, punishable by death you need to worry then ....If he lives in Islamabad, then ask the mods to give you my email and we can discuss this..get my email from the mods anyway if he lives in pakistan, whichever city

P.S..Didnt read your post carefully before posting, do you really know his address?

damn I was planning stuff inside my head for the last fifteen minutes, well in the UK you cannot get him by law, Over to you Shax....one thing you must do brother aether, just completely stop reading his emails, they can have a damaging impact on your spirituality, just ignore those emails

I stopped reading the emails at the start of the year, and assumed they had stopped.
By accident i was messing with the trash can and saw more emails just before the Day of Arafah and looks like he has still been emailing.

actually this is no drama, the punishment of blasphemy starts with death if you can manage it, then goes down to what a person can do, the least of which in my opinion is to knock the stuffing out of him, many blasphemers get away with it and this is really frustrating, In pakistan the law takes care of the blasphemer. If you can manage to punish a blasphemer in any way you can, then this is really virtuous as this will teach others a lesson and increase a person's imaan. if the brother knows where he is and its easy to arrange a meeting with him then there is no harm i think, its better in fact.

Does that also remove it from the trash can ? Im sure i've already done that? but once it gets deleted it then moves to the trash can ?

with gmail it remains in the trash can for thirty days before being automatically deleted, there is a "delete forever" button to remove them from the trash can
