Is anyone here familiar with Darul Ishaat UK? Do you know the people who run it?

I ordered some books about 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back from them. I received the standard email acknowledging that the order is being processed but that’s about it. I tried emailing them but haven’t received any response. In addition, I tried calling them everyday for the past couple of days – again, no luck – it keeps on ringing without anyone picking up.

I think if this goes on, I will probably warn people not to buy from Darul Ishaat. Kitaabun and Azhar Academy have always been amazing in their service. The only reason why I chose Darul Ishaat was because they had two rare books written by Sh. Zulfiqar in stock.
