Well individually, the huge difference it creates me will the origin of contemporary faith and researching it versus reading articles. Understanding from articles and books might be adequate for a lot of, but i'd much rather see firsthand what motivates anyone to live their life how they do. For myself it's more of the curiosity/interest in what changes/controls a lot of people's lives. Since in perception Judaism got before Islam and Christianity, would you not worry about other religions methods?
