Default After a big meal my heart beat harder.
Hello friends, I didn’t know when I eat a big meal then after my heart beat harder and feeling cold. Is there something wrong with my eating habit? Should I stop to eat big meal? If anybody knows the reason why it happens then please share your views about that.

Hello dear, don’t worry. Your heart beat harder just because your blood digests the food which you eat before. More blood is needed to digesting food. Your heart beats harder because blood runs fat to your stomach. This is also a reason that you feeling cold after a big meal.

@above you are right. When we eat our food it needs digestion. And it changes the metabolic rate of a body. I personally suggest you if you are feeling uncomfortable after taking big meal then try to eat light food. It helps you to reduce the rate of your heart beat.

Hello friend, @above you are right. You can also do changes with your eating habit. Because the food which you have taken is directly affect your heart functions. The more food you taken the more blood is needed for performing the functions of your body. This is why you feel that your heart beat faster after taking your meal.
