Default Round 2 or not?
I am trying to decide whether or not to do a second round. I am currently 2 weeks into phase 4 and have stabilized wonderfully. I still have about 15 lbs to lose to reach my goal weight. So should I do another round or not? How easy is it to stabilize the second time around?

That is something you need to answer. Can you live with the 15 pounds or do you want to lose it? If you want to lose it- then do another round. If you can be happy at the weight you are at now- then I would not do another round.

I do want to lose these last 15 lbs. I'm just trying to figure out if it is better to do another roun or try to lose it another way. I stabilized very easily this round and I'm concerned that the next round may be different. Can anybody shed some light on how they stabilized their second round?

Stabilization isn't any different on subsequent rounds since you know what to do. But the more weight you lose, the more your body can fight you a little as it wants to go back to a previous set point.

I didn't stabilize in my first round, I did my second

The number of rounds doesn't affect stabilization, it's all about how you eat
