Default Reading a digital scale on phase 3
Hi everyone ,

So I am two weeks into phase 3 and I am doing really well but I do have a question that might sound silly ?? .... But when reading a digital scale what exactly does the ( . )After the number mean ??? Like yesterday I was 112.0 today I am 112.8 ... Does this mean I have to do a steak day ? Is that pounds ? If anyone can help me understand this I would really appreciate it

Not sure if that means you need to do a steak day, other members will answer that.

But the .8 is in reference to to tenths of a pound usually (unless you have a really weird scale), so it means you gained .8 lbs.

Yes you've gained .8 of a pound - but you only do a steak day if you go above your LDW by 2 pounds. Was your LDW 112? If so you only need to do a steak day at 114 or higher.
