I'm on my third week of injections. I have lost 12 lbs... I cheated on popcorn today. Was wondering how it is going to affect my diet?

How much popcorn did you eat. Although it is not good a few handfulls probably wont hurt too bad.... A whole bucket will.

I had some popcorn at the movies, I was full off of a few handfuls. Did not affect me. Its not going to wreck your diet, but could slow down your losses for a day or two. Keep going and dont look back
