This morning's weigh-in showing 17 days of P2: -14.0lbs. From what I've been reading this is normal to very good progress. Is that accurate?
I have about 30 to go ideally, and will extend P2 beyond 30 days if need be, but I will relegate myself to good diet/exercise/testosterone supplementation (on a low dose while on hcg, will get bumped up after) to lose the last 5 if I fall short of my 35lb goal. Anyway, I was wondering if the losses typically slow down here on out, or do they stay steady? I would have lost a few more lbs but cheats (mainly alcohol, which also put me beyond my calorie allotment) caught up to me. 4 cheat days in a row rewarded me with -1 on the scale. Was tough not to have a few drinks when hanging out at the beach! |
