A new spate of violence that erupted across Karachi on Friday resulted in three deaths. A man was killed while his children sustained injuries when a stray rocket struck his house in the Lea Market area of Lyari. A schoolteacher, identified as Iftikhar, was shot dead in an earlier firing incident in the Baldia town area of Lyari.
