Default What Role Does God play in all this??
Hey everyone, I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, feel free to move if so!

OK, I truly believe in spirit guides and mediums/psychics....

What role does God play? Is he/she/it like the adviser to our spirit guides? Is God as active in our lives as mankind thinks? Is God solely energy who is apart of all of us? what is your take on God's role in the Spirit World?

God and our Gods were all around us
These were all ground in to one in history
All the old God's and God based holidays
Were all interlinked in to the winning system

The victors of all this infighting created one system for all
It is the freedoms of our modern life that gives freedom
For us to unpick all the stitching of the past two centuries
The winners of history have the right to rewrite history

Now we have gained the right to think about our lives
We also have the right to talk about our God and Gods
God and the holy spirit are much talked about these days
The lines in the sand have become blurred through time

Now it is time for us all to find what we wish to believe in
We now must follow the main stream thoughts on our God
Or go out and find a place to be what we wish ourselves to be
Our choices in life are not to be held by others, find your path

It may not answer any questions, however it follows my beliefs

God is all things... God is the spark of energy of all creation. Therefore, the spirit world is a part of God. All souls are learning so I may not know or remember what's beyond the veil, but I believe God wants the very best for all of us. We can trust in that infinite wisdom.

Christians and other religions view God as a human image because it is easier to relate to than a consciousness... an energy.

When I died and I went to the Other Side, I had already adapted that God was energy, therefore I didn't see a "God" but instead felt this consciousness of God all around me, in every thing every where.

My mother who is Christian died and came back but she saw Jesus.

It is up to our beliefs in this life who and what will greet us. If you don't believe in a God, a consciousness, you may not be greeted at all.

I pray to the Universal Consciousness. My guides work with me day and night. I have talked to and seen (in my mind) ArchAngels. It is all in your belief systems as to what is there and what is not.

I believe God is just energy. That's interesting that you only see what you believe when you pass. So if someone is an atheist then what do they crossover to? Since they believe there is no other "world", what do they experience, I wonder...

We understand that electricity is an energy source, yet it cannot be seen, only the effects of said energy. Same applies for the spark or energy of the Divine.
She........and excuse me for naturally assuming the energy is feminine.....waits on the other side for those who believe, as does all her charges....angels, guides etc. Main thing I guess, is that what you believe in awaits you when you pass. Some know that a loved one will escort them across, there may even be "that white light" that we all hear so much about.
We need to be unafraid of death.......just an extension of our life ( which sounds weird ) and hold fast to our beliefs.
If I can believe that when I pass over, something beautiful and amazing awaits me, then as much as I enjoy life, there is no fear for me at all. We are all part of the Divine, and her energy resides in us all.
And if that isn't a beautiful start.....................

Blessings

I knew an atheist that had a NDE. He saw nothing but blackness and it scared him to religion

I agree. . I was raised going to a Baptist church. My dad never went to church. he didn't believe( nor do I ) that God is just waiting for you to mess up so he can send you to hell. LOL my parents believed a little of every religion. They stated that it all leads to the same thing the higher power. People just believe what makes them feel comfortable and excepted. This is just my opinion. .
