Default A touch o' psychomancy
This happened a while back, just after I learned about psychometry... I just thought I'd share.

I was out walking the dog and found a set of car keys sitting beside the road. It was a road with no houses on it (through a golf course) so I couldn't go door knocking. So hmmmm... what to do. I noticed that it had a local grocery store "Bonus Card" thingee on the key ring. So I walked into the grocery store and asked if they could tell me who the keys belonged to.
"No, we don't have any way to do that",
"Bummer"
So I went home and got on the computater. I tried to log on using the ID number of the bonus card. But they required the first three letters of the persons last name. Being logical, I tried "Smi" and "Jon" with no luck. Now what?

Hmmm... I wonder if this would work. I relaxed and started rolling the keys around in my hands. A thought drifted through my head. "I knew a guy named Clarkson in college" (which is true but hadn't him see since college many many moons ago). Hey wait a minute, I thought...

I put in the Card number and "Cla" for the last name. BINGO! The last name was Clark. So I got their phone number and game 'em a ring. He said that his son had put the keys on the trunk of the car and then his wife took the car for a drive and at some point the keys fell off.

When he picked up the keys, he asked how I knew it was theirs. I said I asked a psychic. He gave me a weird look.

I was pretty pleased with myself. **patting self on back**

***edited to change psychomancy to psychometry, thanks Laura***

Good work. Sounds like you're a natural. It's not something I've practiced myself yet but I will at some point.

It's a lot of fun I do cover "how to" in my class here on the forum

I love to do it with estate sale jewelry and ask the salesperson some questions for validation before I buy it

Psychometry? I didn't realize that it had a name. I have an aunt who is extremely psychic and when she touches objects that belong to someone else she gets very vivid clear pictures in her mind. Learning from her, watching her, I will place an object in my hand and rub it feeling the energy from it, of course I am not as clear as my aunt...but sometimes I get it right. I did not realize pschometry was what I was doing. Interesting.

Great results Triner! I bet you blew them away...ha ha..
