I've only done this spontaneously, but based on what I've read around here....
Yes, it is indeed possible, but takes a lot of focus and concentration from what I understand. Massive distances can be covered in a heartbeat, but folks say that it takes a lot of concentration to stay in the "Real Time Zone" without being subject to reality fluctuations. The fact that you're trying to project to a location where you have a friend is good... I hear it's easier to locate to somebody if you're close with them, have some kind of personal connection with them. I'm sure it would also help if you had previously been to their place, but it's probably not necessary. I'd recommend a picture over a letter... something very bright and colorful and easily recognizable, in an easy to reach location, but something very distinct so that you can't just guess it off hand. I think text is probably too subject to fluctuations. And of course the key to it all is being able to remember the experience. Since you have probably about 10-15 good minutes in the RTZ, I'd say you should get to your friend's place ASAP, locate the picture, have a good calm look at it without trying to guess or project what you think it might be (as that can affect what you're looking at) and pop back to your body, entering and yelling very loudly what the picture was so that you have a better chance of remembering it. Let us know if it turns out... |
