Hello there, today I just tried to project, and what I did was; I sat down on my bed, with loose clothing, and relaxed my whole body, then I started to clear my mind, by thinking in a ball, just thinking in it, and counting my respiration. Then when I felt heavy, I started to make a falling down effect. I thought that I was jumping off a plane, that was climbing down a ladder, and that was in a roller coaster. I think it actually worked, because then like I fell asleep for ten seconds and when I became concious, I notticed that if I tried to move my hands, they actually felt as if they were moving, and I felt like my real arm wanted to streach. While this happened, I notticed that everything felt very weird, as if I were still sleeping, but being concious. Also, I notticed that my whole body was like vibrating, and I heard a buzzing sound. But then after a few seconds everything fade away. Was this a real "light trance"? And if so, what can I do so I can get into a deeper trance and even make a projection?
Also, I wanted to ask: when you are currently in a OOBE, you can do everything you want, like move at your will, reason, think whatever you want, etc. As if you were currently there, or is it just like a dream where you have a little control, or what? Thanks in advance. |

Here's a graph to tell kind of about how close you are to an OBE:
http://www.saltcube.com/out-of-body/cha ... =how-close Was this a real "light trance"? And if so, what can I do so I can get into a deeper trance and even make a projection? I think you were in a pretty deep trance actually, it sounds like you were projecting but not completely aware Also, I wanted to ask: when you are currently in a OOBE, you can do everything you want, like move at your will, reason, think whatever you want, etc. As if you were currently there, or is it just like a dream where you have a little control, or what? It depends on a couple things, mainly how much energy you have to do things like make your vision clear and bright. There are also certain planes that have their own rules, for instance in some of them you can't fly. Assuming the realm itself doesn't prevent you from doing a specific action and you have enough energy/lucidity, I think it comes down to how exactly you can intend your desired result and if doing it doesn't cause you to lose your focus and wake up. For instance, sometimes just walking through a doorway or doing a somersault can be enough to cause a reality shift that's too hard to recover from and it ends the OBE. |

Yeah, OBE's turn into dreams if you run out of energy, so it depends on that...The one time I've consciously fully projected I had spent the day working as a full-time interactive actor that played the violin wearing four layers of heavy clothing in 101 degree heat. The projection lasted a good ol' thirty seconds...

Thanks for replying. I'm just wondering if when I go from trance to OBE or from concious to trance, there is a time in which I fall kind of asleep. Because yesterday, when I entered a trance, I passed from concious to trance, but there is a point in which I lose control of conciousnes, like falling asleep, when I went concious again, I felt my heart chakras beating like hell, but then it slowly faded away. But I know it isn't a deep trance because I can still move my body. I wish how I could get into a deeper trance (like what to think or feel) so Id be able to project.

I have been in that position before, thinking that I was awake, but for me if you are feeling the vibrations you are already in trance and having exit sensations. If I were you, in that situation, I would try an exit technique like the rope method, and if you end up moving your body then you can always try another time, or if you have time, try going back in trance and see if you get the "loose" sensations and the vibrations.

Dear Sergio: Okay, thanks for answering, Ill try that right away. Also, how is it better to project, sitting in a chair, or lying down on a bed? Also, at day or night time? For me a recliner has turned out to be the best- Not completely horizontal, but as laid back as you can get it. I think for me the sense of being "almost" on a position (not up, not down) contributes to a sense of disorientation that is beneficial to the body loosening. As for the time, the early morning, like 4 to 5 am has been the most fruitful- I'm relaxed enough from sleeping, but awake enough since I had to get up from out of bed and make it to the recliner.
I hope this helps! ![]() |
