Default I'm not a big fan of College Basketball
and I hate March Madness, but I put a bracket together anyway... culminating with SDSU beating Pittsburgh in the finals.

ESPN says I have a daredevil rating of 10, but that my rounds through the Elite Eight are excellent.

I usually do a bracket or two. I enjoy March Madness even though I am not much of a basketball fan.

find the most obscure team and make them one of the elite 8 and get a dart board for the rest of the teams

I don't follow college sports but I'm always interested to know how UK does. So...how is UK doing?

University of Kentucky. When I lived there they were commonly known as UK or the UK Wildcats. I just assumed that's how the rest of the country knew them too.

Yeah sorry I'm just messing with ya. I live in TN and we call them that too. They are doing fine, they beat a good Florida team for the SEC title and are a #4 seed in the big dance.

Well, after day 1, my bracket is still largely intact. Went 13-3, but unfortunately two of those losses were teams I had playing each other in the next round, and obviously one of them going to the Sweet 16. That was Louisville and Vandy, and then my other loss was Utah State.

college basketball is horrid

It is diluted due to the prima donas turning pro too quickly

Which in turn makes pro basketball worse

Give me hockey any day instead

No one here thought UK could do it, but after the way they handled Florida I wasn't about to bet against them

I think basketball is boring. Football and even baseball are better to watch.

I am a football (US) fan first and foremost. I have been a baseball fan all my life too, and just in the past two years became a basketball fan. With that said I think basketball is more fun to watch than baseball. Playing baseball is fun, watching it bores me to tears. Might as well be watching golf or bowling.

A lot of sports are far more fun to participate than watch. I probably have not watched a whole baseball game in 5 years.
