Default Driving me flat dang insane !!! What has your dog lost ??
Last night, I was involved in a useless Internet "battle" on FB and didn't want to be bothered for a while.

SOooo ... Even though Mason had two long walks yesterday ... at 8-9 PM or so, he was wanting more. In fact, he DEMANDED it !!!

I got out my trusty back-up ... the Tug-a-Jug and filled it with some kibble and that got Mason's attention of course.

Now, the Tug-a-Jug is about the size of a quart jar and PURPLE !!!, with a thick rope coming out of it and a nice size little nubby rubber chew on the neck.

Well anyway, there was ONLY three rooms Mason could have had the toy in ... kitchen, living room and computer room ... MAYBE 400 square feet total. The rest of the house was separated by a baby gate.

Mason lost/hid the Tug-a-Jug and I CAN NOT find the DANG thing and it's just driving me insane HA !!! ... I guess the toy has turned out to be more stimulation for me than him LOL.

I looked EVERYWHERE with a flashlight ... even outside in a wide open backyard ... last night.

With renewed vigor I resumed the search this morning. I've searched EVERY nook and crany ... even the part of the house behind the baby gates.

I've looked in the dang refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, every cabinet in the kitchen and between the cushions on the sofa. I've looked on top of, underneath of and beside of EVERYTHING that resides at this street address ... inside AND out.

Driving me insane I tell ya ... off to check the attic (I forgot about it) I guess. If I come down out of the attic and Mason has it in his mouth, Ima ... well ... Ima hug him HA !!! ~~~

Sasha has ran off with my keys on multiple occaisions. Not good when you are already running late. Thankfully she usually hides those in plain sight. And I have no idea what happened to her treat ball. (Its this toy that you put treats or kibble in and she knocks it around) Though I'm not sure I can blame her for that one, I think the kid might have hid that one. I have found many a dog toy hidden in the toy box.

Now Trouble, he was awesome. If something was on the floor or on furniture or a table that didn't belong, does not matter what it was. If he could fit it in his mouth, it ended up in the laundry basket. lol. When something went missing all I ever had to do was go to the laundry basket an I would find it.

That reminds me of when I watched Kodi walk down the stairs with a sock in his mouth. He saw me see if and froze in a "if I don't move she won't see me". I told him to drop it, he opened his mouth without moving and left the sock on the stairs. He then walked down the stairs without looking at me.

I've lost socks, but not to them being eaten, just being relocated around the house by a little poodle .

Molli takes Jet's Kong and stashes it in the house just about every day if we don't close his crate after letting him out. I swear there are a couple of them hiding in the house somewhere and I have NO idea what she does with them!

Odin didn't lose his Tug-a-Jug, but I turned my back for 2 mins and he chewed the rope in half, dumped out all of the treats since the rope wasn't in teh way and was sitting there, tail wagging, waiting for me to come see what he did.

I guess that's what happens when you don't put proper constraints on a problem....

Anna doesn't like her tug-a-jug. She's not bright enough to figure it out, and I'm not bright/patient enough to teach her.

Everything that is lost here is blamed on a dog whether they did it or not!

I find my stuff outside all the time. Nothing like coming home to find your laundry all over the yard. Rebel likes clothes I found out. He took my all my dirty clothes outside, my pillows from my bed and even my king sized comforter. I also found one shoe, but haven't found the other. And socks, don't even get me started on socks. I don't think I have one matching pair anywhere! Oh and silverware. They steal them from the sink. Riddick started that. He was always running around with a fork or spoon in his mouth. I found a fork in the dirt the day after he died and thought I would never stop crying. As aggravating as it was, I would eat with my hands the rest of my life to have him back.
