My dogs don't really smell unless they've been in the swamp or rolled in something dead. Now other people's dog do. When I watch my neighbor dog, he reeks. Mine don't. The big dogs don't get bathed as much as the as the small ones. Although everyone got a bath today after our hike as they were coated in mud. I had to scrub and scrub to get the mud off their legs and undersides!

I would change foods if she is smelly. Food really makes a difference! You can wipe her down with vinegar and water. Vinegar smell will dissipate when it dries.

As for the house. I have no carpet- never will again. I hate carpet. We damp mop daily. I usually use Mr. Clean or Odoban or bleach. I wash all bedding every other day.

How do you tell if it's a yeast problem?? Hurt underarms are fine, but there's a spot o her bam that I originally thought was just a scratch from her and the cat playing because that's not uncommon, but there was a hard lumped patch of fur on her back so I messed with t to get it loose( like the hairs pulled apart Unclumped) and combed it and it came out and there's a whit almost gooey looking spot where the hair was clumped up. It has just a very little spot of red in it, but the oozy looking about the size of my thumb print

i would get her checked out for that spot.

Peanut smells almost sweet (but not excatly, its hard to explain) overall he doesn't have much of a smell you really have to stick you nose on him. sometimes to get him riled up i will "sniff" him near his ears and he will start running around like a nut. Peanut is fed PMR. My parents dog who is fed kibble reeks.

I bathe Peanut like 2 times a month because well, he LOVES water and likes getting showers, i do use the shower head not fill the tub. he doesn't really need it unless he has had a lot of sunblock on lately.
