[Theariwinna]

So today I was having a debate with people on a different form. I posted a bunch of pics of my dogs and a couple of people had a problem with moose's fake plastic chain collar I have on him. I think he looked cute, and its my dog. But someone said that they were mad because it promotes them as big tough trained to fight dogs,and they want them to be seen as gentle. This is what got me thinking, is it such a good idea to make mastiff breed seem like golden retrievers to the general public?! I mean they were breed to be tough and big, mastiff are guardian breeds, great with families but they need alot of socialization. Now i am not saying we should all go out and buy chain and spiked collars but thats a personal choice for the owner of the dog on what the dog wears. I guess i just see cane corso's and bordeaux's with uneducated owners, that think they are something they are not , and that scared me.. sorry for the rant.
