Does anyone else bring their dog to work during the winter?

I made a winter crate which includes 3/4" Styrofoam insulation, and then wrapped with a blanket. Inside is an old sleeping bag and a full sized flannel sheet which she crawls under. I put a temperature probe inside the crate to ensure it doesn't get too cold. She usually keeps the crate at 70°F+.

Since I have her at work I can take her on a 30 minute hike through the woods everyday at lunch.
