Default Neutering dogs.
Brute was neutered yesterday, and you know how they always say they never even notice? Well, I really believed that until last night! Now I have to wonder...

I went and picked him up from the vet after I got off work last night, and took him home. He was all sorts of happy to be back, I'm pretty sure he thought he was abandoned there forever.

After about a half hour, I glanced over at him sitting on one of the dog beds. I looked away for a few seconds, then looked back at him, and he had one back leg kicked up in the air, like a cat does when its cleaning itself, and he was staring straight down at his "self", from an otherwise normal sitting position. He stayed that way for probably a good 15 seconds before putting his leg back down, looking at me, then getting up and leaving the room!

I have NEVER had that happen before. I think he knows

How funny!

Bubba didn't notice at all. Personally, I think it would be easier to be neutered...you don't have to carry around all that "baggage"

oh no, you're going to make all the guys even more paranoid about it than they already are!

In all seriousness though, I'm sure he was looking because he's like "why do I hurt down there?" Once he's healed up, he won't care anymore.

Yeah I didn't assume he actually knew what happened, but with all of his reactions--the staring, the dirty look shot at me, then leaving the room--it was just too funny!

He was pretty sore this morning, but it doesn't seem to be bothering him much anymore. I've only had to stop him from licking once, otherwise he's left it alone.

I think Brute would have been a good candidate for Neuticles, really--for only being 4(ish) months old, he really had some big testicles!

He probably is just uncomfortable. He should be fine in a few days.

I think my Bubba must of known ,though I never saw him looking for them. His were so big that people would say,''is that a male or... oh yeah, he's a male''. He must be more comftorable!

Titus did, and still does, walk bow-legged since he was neutered. He's funny to watch walk. And it's been over a year since he was neutered.

I don't think Tank really noticed. He was too traumatized I separated him and Arez while he healed so she wouldn't like the stitches. Gaud... I sure hope he goes first or he'll have a break down with out his sister! lol

I almost feel sorry for the guy in the testimonial at the bottom of the front page.

Not notice what? Are my eyes getting to tired to see something? I've been on the computer for hours now.

I don't think Bubba noticed really. He did the opposite of what MN's titus did, he doesn't walk bow legged anymore. I think it would be a relief not having balls in the way! I dunno, maybe I just don't understand because I'm a girl

And neuticles are expensive!!!!!
