Default Ok so...
I think I kinda muffed up my work computer. It's got a virus, that much I know. But, it only lets me selectively hear things, I can't find one of the hard drives and I'm worried I might lose my job on this lol.

Can't find one of the hard drives? You should report this to IT if you have such a thing in your work place. If your work does, they'll probably send the drive to a recovery specialist (this is a lot of money). In future, your company should invest in a back up system

If you can't find one of your hard drives, it sounds as if it has gone faulty

What gives you reason to believe you have given it a virus? Or should that question remain unasked?

lol Nothing bad, I just get bored at work and end up on facebook/offtopicz/etc. and I think somewhere along the way it may have picked something up.

Tuff - We do have an IT we contact when we have problems and we have a back up thingy upstairs. I just don't want to have them come out cause it costs a shit load of money. Like $95 an hour or something.

If you have to, you have too, there are a lot of valuable data to be recovered if possible...plus on the good side, if they do have a back up system..then the data is probably safe, so it won't cost money or lots of money
