I'm trying to get my blog coding to put a wrapper around my blog entries and my description div but can't seem to get it right,

Try putting up your coding and image as to what you are trying to do

Seeing your code would be very helpful... but you probably need to set the wrapper as your base CSS, and then the rest of your divs within it.
