Default Firefox 3.6
Firefox 3.6 is out, and it supports personas
Personas for Firefox | Gallery
Pretty neat way to customize your Firefox.
For Firefox users on 3.6, What persona are you?

I'm currently ceiling cat.

Oddness,
Try a fresh install.

Un-install your old Firefox and reinstall your new one.
Firstly I would try disabling your addons (if you have any) one by one and see if any of them are causing the crashes with an incompatibility with 3.6
(Firefox does have a safe mode which can be found in the start menu)

Mine seems fine. I guess that's just because I'm better than you.

I'm getting pissed off with Firefox.

I keep finding the odd website that it won't load properly...

Mine too. Everytime I time I load it after I've turned the computer on, it crashes. Then it seems to work ok.

I believe many of the issues with Firefox are more related to the plug in's then Firefox itself. When I first installed it I had no issues then installed a bunch of plug ins. I had issues with it freezing and removed a plug in a while ago.. All that stopped when the plug in was removed..

In the last year I have not had a single freeze or problem with Firefox but cannot say the same about EI..

I have yet to try Chrome but I know I had a lot of problems with Opera..

Like I mentioned earlier, disable your add-ons and see if any of those are causing the crashes.
Goto Tools>Add-ons
there will be a disable button.
It's time consuming but disable each add-on one by one.
EG:Start with the first add-on in the list, disable it, restart Firefox, surf a bit...if Firefox crashes, then that add-on was the culprit. Do this for each add-on you have.
Hopefully that'll help.

Chrome's design bugs me.
