Whell Iv been a member for about a month give or take and every once and a while I geton this site and it says "we are sorry but your IP is banned" ... does any one know how to fix this problem... its happened 5 times and I have not gotten feed back from the admin at all...

Also its just my IP that is banned not my account...I know this because I asked my friend who post on here to login to my account and he said it worked fine...

DO you have any room mates/family members or friends that have used your computer to log onto OTz and have gotten themselves banned?

The first time I ever went to OTz it said I was banned...The day before I made my account...and no I keep all my forums a secret from my family

PM me with the IP address you are having problems signing in with. That's the only way to get to the problem!

I just checked through the IP ban list and yours isn't even close to any that are banned. The only way I see this happening is if you are trying to use a proxy. We do have many of the proxy addresses blocked on this site. But that wouldn't be a problem for members not using anonymous proxies.

It's a way to mask your internet identity or skirt around a firewall. Actually it's a lot more than that, but in this context it's used to get bypass normal channels.

well unless my comp. is using a proxy by its self then i would not be cause i suck at comp. stuff
