Constant publishing using PDF documents - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

I've a PDF document that's 48 pages long. Anybody know a method to get those pages to be printed by it constantly with no site break?? I've a constant printer but can't get the pages to not be combined by it and not leave an empty space between each one.
