Default Notebook Harddrive issues
Notebooks include corny hard disk drives - and slow people at that. I'd exchange it with one with rates at least 5400 rpm, and 7200 rpm is better still. A 5200 rpm harddrive from a business like Seagate or Maxtor is nearly always two times as fast whilst the inventory push. But yes, when the SMART (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) reports the travel is certainly going, it's often done - but not necessarily. Before attempting to reformat the push, shot down the computer for at the very least around 30 minutes. Frequently, the push is running hot and won't work right.
