Well I am certainly more than biased in this question, so I won't vote!

I have had a few interactions with the guys over at Panacore over the years and they generally seem like good guys. Perry is a trip.

I have had the most interaction with Matt Griffin @ Liquid Media Design. He is a good guy too, and the only local web designer that I have chosen to actually work together with on projects.
