They won't give up the NeoCon's "Policing the World". They won't give up the "Empire". They refuse to learn from history. The American Empire is too damn big, unwieldy and expensive. We are literally going bankrupt with an over-extended Empire. We have allies damn-it. Let them pull the wagon.

We need to close all foreign bases, but first tell the host country---'if you want a US base in your country to protect you, you will have to pay the entire cost of that base, otherwise we are closing them all next month'.

We then need to bring the troops home and post them on both borders to stop ALL illegal entry.
