Is it patriotism or propaganda to attempt to garner support for one side of a divisive issue? All Thai people, and many non-Thais, love His Majesty the King. In a secular political conflict it is irresponsible and unfair for one side to claim that anybody who opposes them also opposes the monarchy. Let's not forget that the current political problems were brought about by the coup and the rabble rousers who took over the airports and government house. However, these videos attempt to place the blame for Thailand's current problems squarely on the shoulders of the UDD. Is this really where the blame lies? Should an attempt be made to place blame; or , rather, should an attempt be made to engage both sides in meaningful talks to reach some sort of mutual agreement to move forward?
