when a permit is issued the cops know what street will be closed off and the place of the party, so they should go around the neighborhood and issue AK 47s that have been taken away from drug dealers and issue them the the residents of the area, with plenty of ammo, might just do a little civilizing and bring to the fore some consideration around here in a short while.
I do know that after just a short while of that noise that shakes the images on my monitor screen, vibrated the lights, as you say makes water crest in a pitcher, and my dog set and cry, I do get a little phsyco sometimes.
