As an adult civilized person you surely must have some thoughts about how your actions affect others, Would you go out in your yard and stack old styrofoam and leaves and grasses and garbage on your lot line and 3 meters from the upwind side of your neighbors house and set a fire that will make toxic smoke for 5 hours?? They do it here.

Most folks are taught or have the common decency to consider how their actions will effect others, only human nature to do it, as I consider that to be a form of conciense, I could be wrong tho. But it seem a necessity to do so in a society of people living together in harmony, Even wild wolves, apes, elephants, all even savage wild animals have a certain structure to their living together or there is terrible fights among them, just like the shooting at that party you can only do your own thing for so long and then someone gonna do you some hurt, be it a lion or a monkey or a man.
